We’re not here to tell you why or why not to use other services. We are here to let you know that through a personal collaboration with you, we aim to tell your personal story through digital and physical products so that your story and identity can be told through the designs we create with you.
Why do you use Squarespace?
At the current moment, Squarespace provides the best platform for us to provide the quality of product we desire for our clientele both on desktops and mobile.
As our skills in coding increase, our team grows, and our research and development flourishes, we hope to begin to include other popular web hosting platforms such as Wix and Wordpress.
If I switch to Squarespace, can I keep my custom domain from [insert web host here]?
Switching your custom domain from third parties to Squarespace is possible, and we hope to make it an easy transition for you! You can either contact us directly for more information or discuss it with us during your consultation as part of your website package.
What payment plans do you offer?
Our standard plans split your payments into either two or three equal payments spread evenly over the creation process.
In your consultation we hope to work with you to find what's best for your budget. We understand that money can be tight, that's why we remain open to various payment plans. Don't hesitate to inquire; most plans are on a case-by-case basis!
What is the consultation fee?
The consultation fee secures your initial meeting with our design team. This is non-refundable. However the consultation fee will be reflected as a deposit to your overall balance.
How long will my project take?
Short Answer: The average time is 3-4 weeks.
Long Answer: This is entirely dependent on the chosen service/package, scheduling/availability of photography sessions, and any possible edits that the client desires. However, we do provide weekly updates so that you are kept in-the-loop on the progress being made!
How much does shipping cost?
For you, it's free!
What if I want to order more business cards or postcards with the same design?
Feel free to reach out, we charge the same rate as MOO and shipping is always free!
Why don’t you just email me the designs?
To ensure quality, we maintain and archive all designs for you to reorder in order that you have the best product possible!
It is possible to “buy out” the designs for business cards and other such designs for you to use as you please, however the design will come with a buyout premium.
I live in [insert hometown here]! Can I take advantage of your photo services?
As of now, we only provide photo services in the greater New York City area. If you happen to have a trip planned, we can schedule your photography sessions and trip to align so you can take advantage of our website + photography packages. This can be outlined in greater detail during your consultation.
The good news is that photography will be coming to Central Florida soon!
